1. Made-to-Order Items

All of our products are custom printed just for you. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or change of mind.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective in any way, we’re here to help.

To request a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your item.
  • Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the problem.

We will review your request and offer either a free replacement or a full refund (including shipping) if the issue is confirmed.

3. Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for items lost due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
  • Delivery issues caused by local postal services

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

4. Order Cancellation

Since orders are processed and sent to production quickly, we are unable to guarantee cancellations once an order is placed. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately at [email protected], and we’ll do our best to help.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
